Lisa Lunt

Founder/Co-Director

LISA LUNT is dedicated to creating an inclusive, integrated, and inspiring program to provide training and support to leaders (senior, new, mid-level, aspiring, and other cohorts) in the FPD community. In the depths of the pandemic, Lisa developed a passion for working with the public defender community to reimagine a future that centers sustainability and individual and communal wellbeing so that clients get our remarkable community at its best.

 

For four years Lisa was an Attorney Advisor in the Training Division of the Defender Services Office. She spent 15 years as an AFPD in the District of Maryland, where she served as Co-Chair of Training for ten years. She was a leader of a courthouse team that launched the first collaborative court in the District of Maryland and is currently a member of the Executive Board of ARCS (Alternatives to Reincarceration through Community Support). Loyola of Los Angeles Law School and Yale University are her alma maters. Lisa is also a certified Coach, spreading the value and vitality of coaching throughout the world. Lisa is a mom (to kids and dogs), partner, friend, paddleboarder, cold water dipper, traveler, avid reader, and vegan cook.
